This beautiful three story vacation rental enjoys a prime location overlooking the spectacular Gulf of Mexico along the scenic stretch of Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach. Each of the three levels has a beach front balcony with spectacular views of the jeweled bay as far as the eye can see. It comes with dual living spaces located on the first and second levels.

The first level of Pet Sands features a cozy room furnished with two armchairs and a sofa that converts into a queen-size sleeper sofa that overlooks spectacular views, as well as a wall-mounted TV. A full bathroom and wet bar are readily available, along with a refreshing plunge pool if you want to enjoy a cocktail on the beach balcony. The private beach below also has free beach chairs and umbrellas during summer.

The main living room, kitchen and dining room on the second floor are beautifully decorated for a comfortable stay. Honey-rich hardwood floors flow throughout. Beautiful floor-to-ceiling curtains frame three sets of glass doors that reveal sensational ocean views and lead to a comfortably furnished balcony. Another wraparound sofa and two tropical-inspired wicker chairs share the view as well as a large TV for games or “must see” entertainment. The gorgeous open cottage-style kitchen features creamy white beaded custom cabinets with breakfront glass, stainless steel appliances and smooth black granite countertops. The guest bedroom on this level has beautiful ebony furniture with a queen size bed, located next to a bright window overlooking palm trees. It has easy access to the full bath which doubles as a powder room.
The master bedroom and other guest bedrooms are on the top level with full private bathrooms for each suite. The master suite overlooks the sparkling bay and has its own romantic balcony to enjoy the views of life and listen to the sound of the sensual surf. Intricately woven outdoor furniture provides comfortable cushioned seating to enjoy the heavenly view. The en-suite bathroom has a double bath, soaking tub and separate shower cubicle. The guest suite has a king-size bed next to a window facing a palm tree, and a complete bathroom with a marble-topped vanity and a tub with a shower.

Answer: Due to HOA rules and restrictions, gas and charcoal grills are prohibited. However, an electric grill will be provided next to the house. If you come and have trouble finding someone – just call or text us!

Answer: We provide sheets and bedding, towels and washcloths. You may want to bring your own beach towels, as we do not provide them. Our property is equipped with items you can use to get started; This includes trash cans, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. Our kitchen is equipped with basic necessities such as a coffee machine, toaster, blender, silverware and dishes.
